Ball in a Ball in a Ball in a Ball in a Ball

This is a ball in a ball in a ball in a ball in a ball 3D printed on 3D Systems ProX SLS 6100 and dyed to a vibrant orangish red color using the DyeMansion DM60 DeepDye coloring solution. There are 170 ready to use colors to choose from. I got to see this solution first hand at our Customer Innovation Center in Morfelden, Germany.

As a 3D printing technology, Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) lends itself pretty well to producing end use parts. With the DM60 it is now possible to infiltrate a dye into the part and make it seem like a plastic injection molded part. This is much better solution than just painting 3D printed parts.
