Dassault Systemes Customer Conference 2010

I arrived in Orlando, Florida late this evening. I am here to attend the Dassault Systemes Customer Conference 2010 at the Renaissance Orlando Resort at SeaWorld. I hope to blog about the event and tweet about it as well. Keep an eye on the Twitter hashtag #DSCC2010.

The Renaissance has Dassault Systemes written all over it.

Registration begins tomorrow morning. DS PR has arranged for me to interview a number of DS executives which include:

  • Bernard Charles (DS President & CEO)
  • Jeff Ray (SolidWorks CEO)
  • Lynne Wilson (3D VIA CEO)
  • Aaron Kelley (DraftSight Senior Director)
  • Paul Silver (Global Industry Marketing Manager)
  • Kevin Baughey (ENOVIA Director)

I will be posting the interviews on this blog a little later after I get the change to transcribe them.

This is my first ever DS event and I am quite eager to learn more about the company, the people that run it and see how their customers use their products. I am especially interested in learning about CATIA, ENOVIA, other DS brands and the V6 platform as a whole.

Disclosure: I am attending DSCC 2010 as press. DS paid for my airfare, hotel accommodation and conference fees.

  • Look forward to your blogs on this event.

I’m also interested in Dassault Falcon, does it designed by their CAD?

    • Jonathan Riondet

Yes, Dassault Aviation uses CATIA for CAD since the beginning. In fact CATIA was first developed for wing design for Dassault Aviation… And Bernard Charles was one of the developers.

    Oh, great, thanks!
