More Information On The ZWCAD-VX Merger

On 4th August I broke the news on this blog that ZWCAD had bought VX (see “Breaking News – ZWCAD Buys VX“). Here is some more information:

ZWCAD and VX Corporation are joining forces to create a new product line called ZW3D. The VX team in Florida will continue to develop the 3D CAD/CAM software as a division of ZWCAD. All VX products will be transitioned to ZW3D and all development will be devoted to this new product.
