ZWSoft Moving Operations To China

A reader sent me a link to a post on the ZW3D forum titled “Important Notice about ZW3D Telephone Support in USA and Canada“. It reads:

Kindly inform you that the telephone support for ZW3D in USA and Canada will be no longer available from Jan 1st, 2012, but you can continue to attain ZW3D support from ZWSOFT Guangzhou Team with no hesitation. Being dedicated to customer satisfaction, ZWSOFT team will keep providing our customers with quality product and a variety of value-added services and support. Meanwhile, our local reseller will also help us offer thoughtful services to our customers.

It seems like the Chinese are moving their support operations to China. And why not? The Americans have been doing so themselves. 😉

    Really makes you wonder what drives these decisions – accountants?  

    The quality of service is so poor from Asia – the one exception is the Microsoft Service  scammers, they seem to delight in frequent service.
