3D Printed Cooling Jacket for an Electrical Motor

Here is awesome example which highlights the benefits of the design freedom afforded by 3D printing. This is a cooling jacket for an electrical motor. The intelligent design deflects the coolant in such that it reaches all parts of the motor housing thereby preventing hotspots. Apart from increasing efficiency, this design also reduces weight. Also, instead of producing many parts and assembling them together this is just a single 3D printed part.
