Russian MCAD Market

Ralph Grabowski and LEDAS have co-published a bi-lingual research paper on the Russian MCAD Market. The 126 page research paper is priced at exactly $126 and has Russian text on one page and English on the facing page. I don’t believe I have every come across anything like that before. The closest I have seen is computer programming books that have code on the left pages and explanation on the right pages.
