Cyon Research's 2012 Survey of Users of Engineering Software

Cyon Research has announced the opening of its annual survey of users of engineering software. It is aimed at people from companies that use CAD, CAE, BIM, IPD or PLM software. I had to look up what IPD meant. It is this. I also wonder why Cyon Research thinks CAM users are irrelevant when it comes to engineering software.

Preliminary results will be shared at COFES 2012 to be held on April 12 to 15 in Scottsdale, Arizona. The detailed final report will be out in Q3 2012 and will be priced at $2,000. However, if you take part in the survey, you can get a free copy for your personal use. That is unless you work for a company that would otherwise have purchased the report.
